# Invictus Forma

> Invictus Forma builds custom booking and management systems for salons, spas and barbershops in Kenya. Each system is built for one business, with its branding and branches. The client pays a one-time build fee, then yearly hosting. There are no per-staff monthly fees.

## How it works

1. Tell us what you need: services, prices, team, branches, and how bookings are taken today. We reply with a quote.
2. We build it with the client's branding: website, online bookings, M-Pesa payment at booking, owner dashboard and analytics.
3. We launch it on the client's web address with SSL, uptime monitoring and nightly encrypted backups kept off the server.
4. The client owns it and pays yearly hosting. Support is included while hosting is paid: monitoring, a response within an hour between 5am and 8pm every day, and free bug fixes. New features are quoted separately.

## Pricing structure

- Base build, paid once: from KSh 70,000. Includes a branded website (about, services, contact pages), online bookings (service, technician available at that branch, time), M-Pesa payment at booking, an owner dashboard to manage services, prices, staff and site content, and analytics for visits and bookings.
- Add-ons, one-time: extra branch KSh 10,000 per branch; SMS / WhatsApp reminders KSh 10,000 setup (message costs paid by the client to the provider); point of sale KSh 20,000; loyalty points KSh 15,000; staff commission reports KSh 10,000; moving existing client data in KSh 5,000. Anything else is quoted per project.
- Hosting, yearly: from KSh 17,000. Covers the server, SSL, security updates, uptime monitoring, nightly encrypted database backups kept off the server, domain renewal, and support.
- No per-staff monthly fees. Hosting is a yearly cost, so the system is not free to run.
