Who builds your system
Invictus Forma builds booking and management systems for salons, spas and barbershops in Kenya, one business at a time.

[TODO: short bio: who you are, where you're based, and why you build salon systems]
We also design websites for other kinds of business at our web design agency (opens in a new tab).
Why your own system, not a subscription
Hiring shouldn't raise your software bill
Subscription software like Fresha charges per team member, every month: KSh 510 per bookable team member on its Team plan in Kenya (checked 23 October 2026). With your own system, a new stylist or barber costs nothing extra.
Your salon's name, not ours
Your clients book on your own website, with your logo and colours. They see your salon, not a software company's brand.
Built around your branches
Each system is built for one business: your services, your prices, your technicians, and the branches they work at.
Honest about the running cost
It isn't free to run. Hosting is paid yearly, from KSh 17,000, and covers the server, backups, monitoring and bug fixes. What you don't pay is a fee per person.
We're taking on our first salon clients.
So there are no client stories here yet. To see what you'd get, try the live demo: a made-up salon called Palm Nails.
